You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and request a full refund of the invested amount within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the payment confirmation date and receipt of access to the material.

- Reason: You can exercise the right of withdrawal without needing to provide any formal justification.
- Condition: The guarantee applies to all customers, regardless of the level of content accessed.
2. Refund Request Process

- Our support team will respond within 48 business hours to confirm receipt of the request and initiate the refund process with the payment platform (Mundpay).
3. Processing and Refund Deadlines
The refund of the paid amount is processed by the payment platform (Mundpay) and follows the deadlines defined by them and the card operators/banks. The deadline starts counting after our team initiates the process.

- Responsibility: JEFFERSON SANTOS BISPO is responsible for requesting the refund from Mundpay within the legal deadline. The responsibility for the final credit of the amount to your account or invoice lies with your financial institution.
- Access: Once the refund is processed, your access to the material will be immediately revoked.
